Generate Qualified Leads with Prequalify

Most customers spend at least six months researching online for a boat or RV before walking into the showroom. They want questions answered early in the buying process so that they can make an educated purchase when they visit the dealership.

To help convert that customer from browsing to buying, Priority One dealers can now tell their customers about prequalifying for financing. Prequalifying gives customers the ability to learn what they might be able to afford with no commitment and no impact to their credit score.

How it Works

When a customer submits a request to prequalify through a Priority One dealer, a finance manager will connect with the customer to understand their needs and walk them through the process. Using prequalification, Priority One finance managers can view credit reports from leading bureaus and discuss payment options that may be available to customers based on current lender programs. The service is complimentary to Priority One dealer partners and comes with no obligation to the customer and no impact to their credit score.

How to Refer A Customer

There are several ways to connect your customer with Priority One for prequalification.

prequalify homepage
  1. Direct them to the Priority One Finance Resource Center (FRC) homepage. This page gives the customer the option to prequalify, ask a financing question, or fill out a full credit application. We recommend adding the Finance Resource Center to your website to educate customers about financing while they browse your inventory. Inside your showroom, you can also give QR code handouts with a link to the FRC. For help adding the FRC to your website or to request QR code handouts, call your dealer account executive.

  2. Walk the customer to your in-store financing kiosk. Prequalification will be available on the homepage of your kiosk for all dealers at the end of July. To request an in-store kiosk, call your dealer account executive.

  3. Text a link through Kenect. Priority One offers a complimentary integration with dealers that use the Kenect text messaging platform. To refer a customer for prequalification or another financing option, open your Kenect inbox and use the templates that begin with "financing."

When a customer completes the prequalification form, your Priority One finance manager will reach out to discuss their needs and help them understand what they might be able to afford.
