PARK MODEL FINANCING DETAILS

Priority One finances Park Model units  meeting the following criteria:

  • New units

  • 400 square-feet or less


Financing and insurance options and benefits include:

  • Protective Extended Service Contracts are eligible with a Park Model purchase.

  • GAP insurance is available in most states.

  • Terms for 12, 15 and 20 years are available with a standard down payment of 20%.

  • Customers must be able to provide proof of a primary residence and have a minimum credit score of 720.

  • Dealers can earn up to 6 points depending on LTV and length of loan chosen.
