Now Financing Park Models

We recently announced an exclusive retail financing program for Park Model units. The program, in partnership with US Bank, extends Priority One’s reliable, full-service retail financing benefits to customers shopping for Park Models, and also expedites the lending approval process to a matter of hours.

Operational dealers already with Priority One in most states are eligible for the new program. Park Model units must meet the following requirements:

• New units

• 400 square-feet or less

Protective Extended Service Contracts will be eligible with a Park Model purchase. GAP insurance may also be sold in most states. Dealers can earn up to 6 points depending on LTV and length of loan chosen.

Terms for 12, 15 and 20 years are available with a standard down payment of 20%.

Customers must be able to provide proof of a primary residence and have a minimum credit score of 720.
